Victoria & Daniel had the perfect weather for their fall engagement photos at McConnells Mills State Park.

I met the couple at Daniel’s parents’ house near New Castle where they were just finishing an impromptu pumpkin carving for them to use for the engagement session. We headed out to the park and started at the Old Mill.
Victoria and Daniel are two of the sweetest, most genuine people I’ve ever met. Victoria always seems to have a smile on her face and it’s totally infectious!

When we were done at the Old Mill, we headed to Cleland Rock, where the view is stunning (but also nauseating if you’re not a fan of heights). The two of them were comfortable enough to sit down and snuggle. Me, on the other hand, I chose to stay on solid ground. LOL It was totally worth it though! Beautiful view!

Victoria & Daniel have known each other since pre-school. There’s a photo of them sitting together on the floor, so we re-created it so they could use it for their save-the-dates.

As we were driving, the two were telling me about a neighbor that breeds Beagle puppies. One of the puppies had gotten away and was out on the road earlier that day, so Daniel had pulled over and told the owner. The owner said that they should stop back and have some engagement photos taken with the puppies. When I heard this story, I jumped on the opportunity, so we stopped.
After a quick tour of the property from the owner, we each grabbed a puppy and we snapped a couple photos! How cute are these guys? There’s no better way to end a photoshoot than with puppy kisses!

I’m so excited for their wedding next October! It’s going to be so much fun!

Thanks, Daniel & Victoria for choosing me to capture this exciting time in your lives!
