MaryJo and John’s wedding was a wonderful day spent with family and friends.  I had such a wonderful time getting to know these two very special people!

We started the day at the couple’s home, where they got dressed and ready for the day.  MaryJo had her makeup done while we chatted about the day to come.

Once the couple was dressed and ready to go, we took a short walk to a small park area in their complex to do some portraits.  These two are so adorable, and they did a great job.

After the portraits were done, we headed to Assumption Church for the ceremony.  This church is absolutely breathtaking!

MaryJo’s grandson was the greeting committee as the guests arrived at the church.  He and his dad walked MaryJo down the aisle.

MaryJo and John’s wedding reception was held at the Greater Masonic Center in Pittsburgh.  The couple had no attendants in the wedding, but a family friend said a few words about the wonderful couple in a speech after their entrance.

After dinner was over, MaryJo and John cut their lovely wedding cake.  It started out nice, but ended in war.  ðŸ˜‰

The couple then spent some time before the dancing began going around and chatting with their guests.

Their first dance was to one of my absolute favorite songs (a classic first dance song!) Eric Clapton’s Wonderful Tonight.

The dance floor opened then and the kids (little AND big) had some fun!

Thank you, MaryJo & John for allowing me to be a part of your day.  You are a beautiful couple and I wish you the very best!
