Portrait Photography at Treasure Lake, PA
Last month, my husband, pup and I took a trip with our good friends Katie & Matt to Treasure Lake, PA. Katie is one of my favorite people to hang out with, but she’s also one of my favorite people to take photos of. Not only is she simply beautiful (inside and out), but the two of of laugh and get so silly together that the reactions are genuine.

Treasure Lake is a beautiful area. It’s so peaceful, with lots of wildlife (my dog had her first encounter with a deer and it was hilarious!), trails, beaches, etc. Katie and I had the perfect golden hour light as we took these. The sun reflecting off the water and just gave everything a beautiful glow.

If there’s a playground or swing set around, Katie and I must play on it. Since there was sand under this one, we had fun getting some cool shots of her kicking it around.
And what’s a lake session if you can’t go out on the dock as the sun is going down and get a cool silhouette shot?
If you ever get the chance to visit Treasure Lake, do it! There are so many things to do, and so many ways to relax, kick back, and de-stress!
