Pittsburgh Birthday Party Photos
It’s no secret that I think having a photographer at your child’s first birthday party is a fantastic idea. There’s always so much going on; having the peace of mind that someone is there to get all those details you slaved over, the look on the little one’s face when he or she tastes the cake, and of course lots of candid shots of your family and friends!
I arrived at this family’s home in Mt Lebanon in time to take in all the thought-out details and was simply in awe of it all. The photobooth area they set up was fantastic…tons of funny props for guests to use! Zoey’s party was butterfly-themed so there were lots of bright pastels all over the place too!

Oooh…cake! Chocolate cake, to boot! How pretty is this with all the butterflies covering it?
Zoey didn’t really know what was going on when it came time to blow her candle out, so she got some help from her parents and big sister.
Both girls enjoyed tasting the icing though!
Zoey looked like such a little princess in her teal lace and tulle dress with a gold sequin belt. And of course pigtails complete the look!
What a sweet family! I’m so glad I got to be a part of this celebration!
